Mayo Mud Run
8.5 kms of energy sapping clean DIRTY fun as you walk, run, crawl, jump and climb over natural terrain (with a few surprises),while endeavoring not to get lost on the forest trails, with the common denominator of mud always only a footstep away. What better way to come and explore the raw beauty of the Mayo countryside and test yourself to your limits along with friends,team mates and work colleagues! Proceeds in aid of Moygownagh Community Centre.
Enter online and register on day 12 noon. Places will be limited. Race Waiver signature mandatory. Over 16 only. Parental consent form signed on day .
Run starts at Moygownagh Community Centre at 1pm Sat March 23rd. Transition Year Race will also take place on March 21st. Changing/showering facilities (Hot water for the fastest finishers !!), hose down area and ample car parking available. Complimentary refreshments after run in Centre.
