Loughrea Athletic Club Weekend Road Race
27th September 2pm Loughrea Athletic Club Annual 5 mile Road Race Starting and finishing at the Lough Rea Hotel and Spa. This Fast 5 mile course will take in a loop of the Main Streets and make its way along the scenic lakeshore. The Senior Race will be preceded by a “Junior Fun Run” at 1 pm.
Entry fee €15 for Senior Race, pre enter on line now at www.runireland.com .On-line entries close Friday 25th of September. No on-line entries after this date.Entry on day of race before 1pm €20.

Seminar – 26th September 6pm Venue: Lough Rea Hotel and Spa The title of this seminar is "Train Hard Race Easy". It will be chaired by Irish Times Sports Columnist Ian O’ Riordan and includes many distinguished guests. The final guest list is to be finalised.The guests will speak on a running related topic followed by an open forum followed by a question and answer session.
