The 9th Liz McDonnell 5k cross country run will take place in the grounds of Castletown House, Celbridge, Co.kildare on Sunday 29th September 2013 at 1pm. This race has an AAI permit and is Chip timed. It is also open to fun runners and walkers. All proceeds are to ARC cancer charity. Liz died at the age of 18 from cancer, she was an athlete who won many All-Ireland Medals and loved cross country in particular. For further information see www.lizmcdonnelrun.com or the fb page.
