from BHAA A reminder about the next BHAA track races at Irishtown Stadium on Wednesday 10th August 2011.
Race: Irish Life & Permanent races – 3,000 metres (Seven and a half laps of the track)

Race details: Starts in BHAA races will be staggered based on BHAA standards (i.e. those with higher number standards will start first in each race).
There will also be a 4 x 400m team relay. The distance of each leg is short enough to enable runners to compete in the main race of the evening as well. Teams – 4 runners from the same company or sector team (as for any other BHAA race). Each runner must have a standard and there can be any mix of genders in the team.
Registration: Irishtown Stadium, Ringsend. Registration will be open from 6.00pm and will close 15 minutes before each race start.
Prizes: For first 6 across the line in BHAA member races. In the open (non BHAA) race, prizes for first 3 men and first 3 ladies. (Relay prizes may be different.) There will also be some spot prizes.

There will be limited parking available at Irishtown Stadium. Please note that Ireland will be playing Croatia in the Aviva stadium so allow extra travel time.
These track races are always enjoyable, get there if you can.
