from Athletic Northern Ireland website Last call for booking your spot on the Athletics NI Child Protection Course- a must have course for all those adults working with children in sport. An application for our Awareness in Child Protection course on Wed 12th November is available to download from the courses Section or from the link on our homepage. It will be held at Athletics House, Old Coach Road, Belfast from 6.30-9.30pm.
Places must be taken through clubs, and only two places per club will be available.
The officials level one on Sunday 2nd November is now closed as is the Queen’s University Level 1 Coaching Course.
Please note that the advertised courses will be the last of their kind – UK Athletics are changing to the UK Coaching Certificate awards from 1st January. At present we do not have much information on the new course formats, costs etc, however as soon as we get information it will be posted in the courses section.
