The race is aimed at a variety of participants irrespective of age or level of fitness.
There are 2 race formats: Super 8 – ‘peak to peak’ is the most challenging with a 10km bog run + 2No. 2km hill runs + 1.5km Kayak + 72km of cycling Super 6 is a 5km bog run + a 2km hill run + 1.5km Kayak + 46km of cycling
There is also a Bog Fun Run, which is a 5km walk / run, which will be predominately a charity fundraiser of the participant’s choice.
Your registration fee includes a welcome goodie bag, refreshments throughout the day, BBQ voucher and free entry into the Bogman’s Ball.
