National Novice Cross Country Coleraine

Donore athletes were out in force for the National Novice Cross Country in Coleraine on Sunday in what proved to be a very successful day’s racing. In the women’s event a great team effort was paid off with a silver medal, where Mullingar Harriers took the honours. In the men’s race, a superb run by Stephen Murphy was rewarded with a gold individual medal, crossing the line 300m ahead of second place.
