THE ISLAND RUN THIS SUNDAY @ Waterford Castle. PLEASE arrive between 11am and 11.30am. The last ferry to the island will be shortly after 12 and there will be no access to the island from then until 2pm. Marshalls will direct motorists. For more details see www.balance.ie. Limited entries are available at www.runireland.com or you can enter directly at Balance fitness Ardkeen, beside Supermacs on the Dunmore rd Waterford, on Saturday between 11am and 3pm. (Please note we will stop taking entries as soon as the quota has been reached so we cannot guarantee entry on Saturday between 11am and 3pm)
ALREADY REGISTERED: Thank you for registering for The Island Run, we hope you have a great day. You can pick up your race number and t-shirt on Saturday at Balance fitness Ardkeen, beside Supermacs on the Dunmore rd Waterford, between 11am and 3pm. For those who cannot pick up on Saturday race numbers and t-shirts can be collected at the event on Sunday between 10.30am and 12 midday.
