Outstanding success, our first Seaside 10K in Clogherhead., Co.Louth…People gathered a thousand strong to cheer on over 400 entrants on race day. We could not have asked for better festival weather to accompany our 10K kick start the Prawn Festival in 2 weeks time. Catherina McKiernen completed a wonderful event to offer advice to the crowds and blow the foghorn. Families waited for loved ones and mingled with Superman and Supergirl and enjoyed magicians and face painters and with the deafening applause that waited for the winner , we realised a successful event beyond our wildest expectations. Seaside 10K WILL be back next year. Bigger and better than before. Thanks to all our entrants …you re superheroes each and everyone of you! Integral Fitness salute you all.-
