Duleek & District Athletic Club are proud to host the Second Indaver Duleek 10K Road Race & Family Fun Run (Approved by AAI), immediately before the commencement of the Duleek Fair Day festivities on Sunday, August 17th 2014, 10am. Walkers, joggers and competitive runners all welcome!!" This timing-chipped race is perfect for beginners and experienced runners alike!! The race takes runners/joggers/walkers through the countryside of the Boyne Valley on a memorable, beautifully scenic meandering route which is basically flat, with some gentle undulations. The route is perfect for beginners, and more seasoned runners can expect to challenge their ‘personal bests’ (PB’s!!). A well-stocked ‘goody-bag’ (including technical t-shirt) will be presented to each runner. Uniquely, our race ends on Main Street, Duleek just as the day-long Fair Day kicks off in the village – making our 10K race a truly family-friendly experience. "Runners!!
