Spain : March 13th, 2011
Went to Spain for a few weeks training, did the usual eat, sleep, train & repeat, things are coming along nicely swim and bike wise, still quite slowly on the running front – lots and lots of drills and gym work. A few more weeks and normal service will be resumed.
I broke my chain a few times on a spin, I made them push harder the guy above fixed it the first time, maybe I should have fixed myself and then they wouldn’t have had to push harder, maybe maybe.

Gavin never did finish that jigsaw, very disappointing.
I saw Jesus run, it was not God-like, although he did make the swim look very easy walking on water.
