Race across much of the route taken by the French forces on their historic "forced march" north of Lough Conn towards Castlebar taking in the challenging climb up the "Windy Gap".The route covers many historical towns and landmarks along the way as well as some truly epic scenery.Make the Humbert Challenge part of your history! The Humbert Challenge Half Iron Triathlon includes a 1.9km swim, a 90km bike ride and a 21km run
The festival will take place over the summer holidays in either late July or early August 2010. A calendar of events is presently being compiled and we hope that each sporting club in the area will get involved and run some event that will generate an interest and awareness of their clubs activities
