BEST CHANCE EVER TO START Hope to do your first adventure race this year. Lilliput Kayathlon is just the job for you. On St Patrick’s day at 11am in Lilliput, it is a short course consisting of, a 2km kayak (on 2 man kayaks), a 17km bike section on open roads suitable for all bikes & a 3km run.
What more could you ask for. At only € 20.00 including boat hire, bouyancy aids & paddle it is a must to get you started in the wonder that is adventure racing. We will have a race brief at 10.40 to help you understand waht happens in transition area, rules of road etc. We will also be there from 9.30am if people want to try kayaking for a while to get "the hang of it" . So if you really want to try advnture racing this year, or indeed are planing to do your first triathlon, this is the perfect race to get you started. See you on Paddy’s day. After the race enjoy a hot shower a mug of tea & a wee bun and off you go in time to watch the all Ireland club finals. PS. Refreshments later in the day will feel well deserved!!!!!!!!!
