Hook Tourism is running a Mud Run event on 27th June 2015 – HOOKAMUCK!! Entry -up to Christmas Eve the first 100 get the discounted price of €25.00. Then the early bird which runs to 28th March is €30, the Still Thinking about it Rate is €35 up to 30th May and thereafter €40. Corporate rate of €30 per person for 20 or more people Hookamuck is back, last year was a blast so we are going to do it all again.Spend time with your friends getting very muddy whilst improving your fitness. The course is 10k of challenges, water, mud and determination. The course is run through 200 acres of forestry with over 35 obstacles, all with the intention of testing your mental and physical strength and ability. The course which is 10 kilometres long, not the same 5 kilometres twice but 10 kilometres of different terrain and obstacles. A fitness instructor will guide you through your warm up before you start and yes we will have an open shower area , toilets and a key drop for your car keys.
