from BHAA There was a fine turnout at Marlay Park for the Data Solutions 5k race. No ice on the course this year although it was a bit cold. Eoin Flynn, one of the organisers of the Bank of Ireland Beach race recently, won comfortably, followed home by Ryan Montgomery of AAI and Louis McCarthy of WhoseView.com. Caitriona Jennings (PWC) was a clear winner of the women’s category, with Aoife Byrne (Teachers) and Lucy Darcy (Factron Electronics) behind.

BHAA Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held on Monday evening 07/12/2009 at the Alexander Hotel, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 at 8pm. All members are invited to attend. There are positions to be filled and jobs to be given out. This is your chance to influence the organisation for the year ahead. One notable vacancy will be that of Chairperson as our fantastic Chairman, Charlie Cronin, is stepping down after five years in the position. The amount of work that Charlie has done for us is almost unbelievable and he will be hard to emulate.
The AGM will wrap up BHAA activities for 2009. The calendar for 2010 will be circulated shortly.
