from BHAA Just a short note to bring you news of a race cancellation.
The weather forecast for the coming weekend is for extremely cold weather and probably snow.
Obviously this would make travelling and running conditions very difficult. Consequently, it has been considered prudent to postpone again the Data Solutions/Barnardos race that was due to be held in Marlay Park, Ballinteer on Sunday next 19 December 2010.
Another attempt will be made to reschedule this race on a date in the new year.
I hope that your running will not be interrupted for too long. Try to keep up the training so that you can be in good fitness for our next scheduled event, the South Dublin County Council cross-country races at Tymon Park, Tallaght on Saturday 08 January 2011.
