The Half MadMan on the Head is a 70.3 (Half Iron Man) distance event uniquely taking place over two days. Saturday morning: Slip to Shore 1.9km Swim from Dromatoor Pier to Ballyheigue Beach. This is followed on Saturday afternoon: North Kerry Ring 90km Cycle looping along the Shannon estuary.
Sunday: Half on the Head (Kerryhead Half Marathon) 21.1km run around the beautiful Kerryhead loop.
You can enter the whole event as an individual or as a relay, or you can simply enter just one event.
