The 2014 Ireman triathlon will take place on Sunday 17th August. We’ll once again have long and middle distance options, with the Half Ireman being part of the Triathlon Ireland National Series.
Half Ireman triathlon – a 1.9k swim, 90k bike and a 21k run.
Ireman 226 Challenge – a 3.8k swim, 180k bike and a 42k run.
