Alzheimer’s Green 5km Run

The route is a scenic run through the village of Lordship with the Cooley Mountains and Dundalk Harbour visible all along the run. Ideal for competitive athletes and fun runners of all ages.
The money raised will benefit Alzheimer’s, particularly The Birches Day Care Centre, Dundalk. https://www.thebirches.ie/
Prizes will be divided into Male and Female category with cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each category.
Entry fee will include a commemorative technical running t-shirt, sponsorship card and post race refreshments. Please contact the Green 5km team for additional sponsorship cards.
Changing and shower facilities will be available, thanks to Naomh Padraig GFC. Entrants of all ages at welcome.
