No ‘I’ in Team: Take the challenge and enter a team in the Grant Thornton 5k Team Run, a unique event run in association with Athletics Ireland. You enter as part of a company team with four per team with three categories available: male, female and mixed. The official score for each team will be determined by the recorded times of the registered team members.

5km Flat Course: A great distance for beginners and the experienced runner alike so there is no excuse for work colleagues not to give it a try. There are also handy training schedules available here.
Chipped Timing: All participants will be chipped timed so you will have an accurate record of your time.
Prizes: Team Trophies will be presented for the top five teams in the male, female and mixed categories.
Entry Fee per Team: €100 – a contribution will be made to St Vincent de Paul.
Everyone’s a Winner: All entrants will receive a technical t-shirt and goody bag
