Gold medal for Donore Ladies in National 10K Road Race

from Donore Harriers website The Donore senior Ladies team were in fine form yesterday winning and retaining the National 10K Road Championships in Navan. The team was led home by Adrienne Jordan (36.37) finishing in 6th position with Anne Curley (36.38) and Fiona Mahon (37.33) and taking 8th and 14th places. They won in a combined time of 110.48 mins ahead of Sportsworld and North Belfast Harriers. Anne Curley continued her recent good form to also take the individual gold medal in the Ladies over 35’s. The Master Ladie’s over 35 team finished 3rd.

We also fielded teams in Senior and Master Men with 6th and 9th places respectively achieved. Congratulations to the Donore Ladies once again and well done to all who competed.
