This event will take place on May 31st in Galmoy, Co. Kilkenny. Galmoy is situated between Johnstown and Rathdowney on the Kilkenny, Laois and Tipperary borders
This event comprises of a duathlon which is 5 km run and 20 km cycle as well as a series of individual cycle events covering distances from 8km, 35 km and 70km.
