Freemount Macra 6 K Run/Walk

Freemount Macra are running a Couch to 6K 5 Week Challenge in the coming weeks. Starting on May 21st there will be weekly a weigh-in and walk with exercise classes/educational talks also. There will be a fee on €7 each night. At the end of the 5 weeks there will be a 6K walk/run on June 20th. Cost of entry for the walk/run is €10. On the same date the winners of the ‘Biggest Lo Loser’ (male and female) will be announced and there will be a Ball Race a 9pm in Freemount Village. Everyone is welcome at the walk/run, regardless of whether you had been part of the Couch to 6k Programme. Refreshments will be served.
