Race series: Lifestyle Sports – adidas Frank Duffy 10 mile
Saturday 16th August – 10am start
(incorporating the Dublin Athletic Board 10 mile Championship)

This series of races offers those in training for the Dublin Marathon the opportunity to test themselves at short distances ahead of October’s race. All races are run in the Phoenix Park with the HQ for all in Castleknock College.

Race HQ: Castleknock College, Dublin.
Start Time: 10am Saturday August 16th.
Course: Accurately measured 5 miles within the Phoenix Park.
Water stations on course and at the finish.
Results by Chip timing with a Digital clock at finish
Entry Fee:
€20.00 (inc. online fee) for entries received before closing date.
€25.00 for late entries in Blanchardstown (Wed and Thurs).
There will be no late entry on race day in Castleknock
Closing date:
Online entry will be available until Thurs August 14th
Number collection:
Late entry and pre race number collection will be in Lifestyle Sports, Unit 427 Blanchardstown Fashion Retail Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 on Wednesday and Thursday before race day, from 12 noon until 9pm. Number collection also on race day from 8am to 9:30am in Castleknock College.
T-Shirt:
All pre-registered entrants will receive a souvenir adidas technical T-Shirt and Goodie Bag.
Late entries in Blanchardstown are not guaranteed a T-Shirt or Goodie Bag.
Prizes:
Top 10 men and women (presented on race day) plus veteran categories posted out after event.
Facilities:
Ample car parking and limited changing facilities will be available at Castleknock College. Toilets and a baggage area will be provided close to the start/finish area.
Post Race:
Light refreshments will be served in Castleknock College.
Charity:
A portion of the entry fee will be donated to the designated charity which this year is The Friends of St. Mary’s.
