The Focus Ireland Fundraising Triathlon is a sprint distance triathlon which includes a 350m or a 750m swim, a 20km cycle and a 5km run. The event will take place on the East Pier, Dún Laoghaire Harbour on Sunday 1st August with a 750m or a 350m swim in the harbour, followed by a 20km closed road lapped cycle and a 5km run along the east pier. You can take part in this fun event as an individual or as part of a team. If you decide to enter as part of a team you will need one person to complete the swim, one person to complete the cycle and one person to complete the run.
