from Athletic Northern Ireland website The first U16 and U18 Ulster Squad took place at the Antrim Forum on 15th November. There was an excellent turn out of 45 athletes and the coaching session lasted two hours with the athletes receiving technical coaching, some event groups took part in testing and all the groups finished with a group session on goal setting.
The squad is the first of a series of days to be held in Ulster. The next sessions are to be held are on the 13th Dec in Shercock and 14th Dec in at a venue in the North West of the province (venue to be confirmed).
