The Fenor 15k is in its second year. It takes place in the beautiful village of Fenor on Ireland’s copper cost. The novel distance race was designed across a challenging course to be the perfect preparation for training for the Waterford Viking Marathon a fortnight later. The race is chip timed. There are 5km and 10km markings. There are two water stops. Showers and refreshments will be available. Prizes are award to the first 5 males and females and the first men and women in the follow categories 40, 45, 50, and 55. This year a 5 Km fun run/walk is introduced to cater for the wider community.
