Three icons of Irish Athletics Athletes, coaches and fans will have a rare opportunity to listen to three icons of Irish Athletics share their career experiences on Saturday night at An Evening of Champions promotion which takes place at 8pm in the Donore Harriers Sports Centre in Chapelizod. (Opposite the Chapelizod entrance to the Phoenix Park) John Treacy, Catherina McKiernan and Eamonn Coghlan will take part in an on stage interview followed by an audience Q & A session –an ideal curtain raiser for the Woodie’s DIY Inter Club Cross Country Championships that take place in the Phoenix Park on Sunday.

Video highlights of each of the three athletes careers will also be shown and the evening offers a rare opportunity for coaches and their athletes to hear three of Ireland’s greatest ever athletes share their vast knowledge about training and competing.

There is a cover charge of 10 euro for adults and athletes under 18 will be afforded free admission. All who are attending this event are advised to arrive early. There is secure car parking available at Donore Harriers Sports Centre.
