Olympic
You’ll start on the Spike Prison Island and swim to the pier in Cobh, which launched the passengers for Titanic in 1912.
This will be followed by a 40km cycle on two loops around the Great Island of Cork harbour. Finally the 10km run course takes you out along the Cobh waterfront.
Sprint
750M swim in Cobh harbour, 20 km cycle from Cobh to Fota followed by a 5km run in Cobh water front.
