Eagle Run takes place in the tranquil surrounds of Castlecomer Golf Club. It’s off road but it’s not a pure trail run as 90% of the run is on buggy paths with remainder on grass.
There will not be a car in sight!
REGISTRATION
Registration open from 5.30pm until 6.45pm.
Entry fees are runners €10, families €20, children, students & OAP’s €5.
PRIZES
Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 men and ladies.
The race will start at 7pm sharp with registration open from 5.30pm in the clubhouse.
ROUTE
The race starts and ends at the clubhouse. The route which could be described as many things including fast, challenging at the start, certainly scenic and most of all enjoyable. The first and last 200m are slightly up hill with the remainder being flat or downhill. The surfaces include all weather buggy paths, grass and a small stretch of tarmac. Registration open from 5.30pm until 6.45pm.
