2nd annual Turkey burner. Everyone is welcome to the ideal run to clear away any Christmas cobwebs. €500 cash prizes. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, male and female. The race will start outside the Strand Tavern bar in Duncannon with beautiful views of Waterford estuary. It will go up the main street of Duncannon andl enter the grounds of Dunbrody House hotel through the Mersheen entrance and continue through the beautiful parkland to the Arthurstown entrance.It will then go past Duncannon soccer pitch, down the L4051, back to Duncannon and finish outside Roches bar where there will be refreshments for everyone. Registration in Roches bar 10-12 pm on Sunday.
