Weather forecast for KBC Dublin Marathon

According to Met Eireann the outlook for the weather for the KBC Dublin Marathon on Sunday looks mostly dry bright and sunny, with just the odd light shower on the north coast. Top temperatures 9 to 11C., in light to moderate north to northwest breezes.

For those of you travelling from outside of Dublin to your race start, make sure to plan your route and leave plenty of time to get to the start line.  The KBC Dublin Marathon will start at Fitzwilliam Street Upper on Sunday at 8:55 am. Check out the planned road closures for the event so you can plan your travel accordingly.

With the cold morning expected pre-race be sure to layer up so you don’t get cold waiting to start. Dig out your warm beanie and your running gloves from the back of the hotpress to keep warm whilst waiting to start. Wear layers as you start the race, you can easily remove these as you get warm on the course and leave them at the many aid stations along the route if necessary.
