from A.A.I A development day for athletes aged 19 and over who are not part of national event squads will take place in Tullamore on Saturday 18th April. The development day is intended for athletes who are over-age for the Regional Development Squads and who have not been selected to any of the National Event Squads.
All events will be catered for where demand from athletes exist. The Day will comprise of a presentation from a guest speaker followed by an event specific coaching session.
Please note, athletes interested in attending must notify Athletics Ireland by Wednesday, April 15th, so that adaquate coaching cover is provided. Contact Paul at the details below to confirm attendance and specify your chosen event(s).
