Fancy running 10km / 21km through the rocky terrain & hills of the Wicklow Mountains? You’ve come to the right place! Sign up for the Wicklow Mountains Half Marathon and prove to yourself you can do it while also raising much needed funds for people living with EB. Unlike road races, this challenging route takes you through the wild terrain of the Wicklow Mountains. We can’t promise you won’t have painful muscles by the end of it but we can promise amazing scenery. The Wicklow Half Marathon & 10km is one of the most challenging but enjoyable mountain races. The 2014 sold out, and this year there is a participant limit, so register early to ensure a spot. Half Marathon Details Registration Point: Brockagh Resource Centre – Glendalough (Bus to start of route – included in registration). Finish Point: Brockagh Resource Centre Registration cost: €20, and all participants must fundraise minimum €50 for DEBRA Ireland. Included in registration: Bus Transfer to race start, Chip Timing, All usual Race Support along the route, Post race Tea and Coffee. Distance: 21.09km (approx 2km on road). Registration Time: 9.00 – 10am.
