Its great to be announcing for the fifth year the Juice Plus 10k Dawn run /walk which takes place 6am in Carrrick on Shannon on June 20th 2015.
Route as of last year,starting on the Castlecarrow road beside the Aldie store Dublin rd.
Register on the morning from 5am,€10 to enter.
Walkers,Joggers,runners all welcome.Come along and enjoy your run on the last dawn, before the longest day of the year.More details later
