DATE CHANGE- Ballinruan 7km/10km walk/run is now to be held on SATURDAY 20 OCTOBER at 2pm, starting at Ballinruan Community Centre. All proceeds to Crusheen national school. Entrance to be paid on day, E10 person, E15 group. Refreshments on finish. Please join us on a lovely route through the Clare countryside with great views of the region.
