Have the Craic and support IHF The Craic Assault course taking place on 28th of April in Palmerstown, Dublin has joined up with the Irish Heart Foundation. 20% of each entry fee will go towards the charity.
The long 10km or short 5.5km course will challenge you and have you in stiches as you negotiate your way around. Entrants will also be entertained by the Craic night out in Dtwo with food platters laid on. 12 hours of Craic!!

The short course has 23 obstacles both man made and natural including hay bale jumps, cargo nets to scramble under, rope river crossings, rope pulls, tyre obstacles, water crossings, plenty of mud and a water slide. The longer course has much more
