This year on 5th March, Carrick-on-Suir Triathlon Club will be hosting their ever popular “Conquer the Comeraghs” Rathgormack Duathlon. This duathlon consists of a 5km run, then a 20km cycle and a 3km run to finish. However this is no ordinary duathlon. Rathgormack lies just outside Carrick-on-Suir, at the foot of the Comeragh Mountains, and this allows for a very challenging event. Featuring a challenging uphill ride into the spectacular Comeragh Mountains, followed by speedy descents, with tough runs. Entry available online from our website www.carricktriathlon.com
