Setanta Tri are proud to host one of Irelands most scenic Olympic Distance Triathlons again this year in the medievil village of Carlingford Co. Louth.
Race Route – The Swim 1.5km
The Swim is two laps of a 750 meter course in front of Carlingford Sailing Club
Race Route – The Cycle 40km

Race Route – The Run 10km
All Flat, straight out and back 5km to Greenore and 5 km back, a nice easy finish to your race!
