Coldwood school hoping to Run into new grounds

Coldwood school hoping to Run into new grounds Coldwood School are holding a 4 mile run on the 27th of January. The run has been kindly backed by the athletic clubs of Craughwell and Athenry. The run will be an annual event, and all proceeds go to the school to develop pitches for Athletics and GAA and car parking for the students and parents.

Coldwood school has a long tradition of sporting achievements and the proceeds of the run will go to delveloping newly purchased grounds at back of the school. This will allow space for a pitch and area for running as well as giving more room for the enfants. Your support is greatly appreciated. We have had great support from Craughwell AC, and Red Tag Timing and we are confident of a fast paced race, the course has been commented on as ideal for doing a PB and a stepping stone to the Craughwell 10 mile run in March.
