from the AAI Athletics Ireland is pleased to announce that the following coaches have been appointed to lead the development of the main event groups. Sprints- John Sheehan (Cork)
Throws- Ailish O Brien
Endurance- Jim Davis
Walks- Michael Lane
Jumps- Ciaran Conlon
These national event directors will have overall responsibility for the National Senior Event squads and the development of the event group. Athletics Ireland will shortly announce National event coaches to support the work that the Directors will perform
