 Clontarf Half & 5 mile November 19th edition. All this on Ireland’s flattest course! This is ideal PB territory. This is a great opportunity for those who finished Dublin marathon to use their fitness to aim for a PB (it is 3 weeks after that race). Pacers: 1hr30. 1hr40. 1hr45. 1hr50. 2hours. Or use it as an end of season race. Closed roads.
To keep the entry fee low we have removed the Tech tops. Everyone gets a bespoke medal
