Claremorris Lake 10k
This exciting new 10k event is the first of its kind in Claremorris. It is a 10k with a difference. The 10k starts and finishes at Claremorris Golf Club in Castlemagarret and takes in the wonderful Clare Lake Claremorris. Mind the ducks as you pass in this off road experience.
The first 100 entrants received a customized technical top. Many excellent prizes for runners.
This event is part of the Great Lakes Challenge Series being held in Mayo this Spring. Participants can take part in all 5 events. Some are 10k and some are 8ks. The course is acurately measured by AAI and will be officially timed too. Its an event for everyone, with lots of thrills and spills and prizes too. We hope to have some organised practice runs on this course in the near future so keep an eye on facebook.
