The Cavankayakarun consists of a 5k run followed by a1k kayak and a 16k cycle held in the scenic drumlins of Cavan. It is an event that caters for all classes of athletes and funrunners . A fun Family day out with after event entertainment .It will be held at Gallonray House Maudabawn Cootehill Co.Cavan on Saturday August 6 2011.
