Superb running by Andrew Ledwith at NCAA championships – Updated Andrew Ledwith entered the long finishing straight at the NCAA championships at Terre Haute, Indiana in fourth place and then produced a storming finish to bring him up to third, a big improvement on his 31st place finish (30:28) on the same course twelve months ago.
David McCarthy continued his great season with a top twenty finish, taking 19th overall, with Ciaran O’Lionaird 68th.
Hollie Knight was best of the Irish in the women’s race, finishing 11th overall.
