from James Sexton This very popular event takes place in Clonmel on Sunday 21st August at 11am. The Race Headquarters is at the Tipperary Institute on the Bypass. The Early Bird entry fee of €25 ends on August 7th and after that date it will be €35 to enter.
This year all participants will receive a top quality T Shirt, Medallion and a Presentation Bag specially designed for this specific event. They will also receive refreshments in the bag as well as Post Race Refreshments in the Race Headquarters. There will be three water stations on the Course at 3 miles, 6 miles and at 10 miles as well as water at the Finish.
