SOUTH GALWAY AC’s 2nd annual BDN 10k takes place on Sunday 14th Dec 2014 at 1.30pm, on a flat fast road course.
It starts at Ballinderreen village, with an anti-clockwise loop finishing back at the community center.
It’s ideal preparation for any runs planned for St.Stephen’s day, plus as a course to provide a last chance in the year to get that PB.
The BDN 10k 2013 race was a very competitive race, won on a time of 30:29, with the first 6 athletes coming in under 34 mins..
The course is certified measured by AAI.
