It’s a walk or run with 2 distances to choose from a 5k walk or 10k run, the route starts in different areas depending on distance, the 5k starts at LSD Motors Ballyglass Rd.
The 10k starts 900m before the start line on the Cloongowla rd and passes through the finish lap while continuing around till the finish again.
Both events finish at the Smarter travel sign at Abbey St across from Costello bar.
The route is very flat with only a few short drags, the entire route is on smooth road surface.
