The road race has been running for the last 17 years and attracts up to 400 runners every year. The course is scenic and demanding. Each kilometre is clearly marked and the finish line is the monument to the GAA founder W.P Nally (Nally stand in Croke Park fame) A goodie bag includin t-shirt for all finishers. Refreshments and showers afterwards in the Community Centre.

The 2KM race entries will be taken on the day only.

The 2k (boys & girls u-16) starts at 6.30 Entries on the day in the Community Centre in Balla from 5.30pm.
