The third annual Árainn Mhór 5 kilometer run/walk will be held on Saturday the 14h August. Part of the Brian McCormick-Asics Donegal Grand Prix the time to beat on this challenging course is 15:68 by James Brown of the Inishowen Athletics Club in 2009. All proceeds will go to the Ionad an Chrois Bhealaigh refurbishment fund.
